Job Summary:

A German Language School is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Specialist (Telemarketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollment through inbound and outbound calls, executing marketing activities, and building strong customer relationships while representing the institution professionally.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and clients.
• Promote the school’s programs, courses, and services through telemarketing.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions using Google tools.
• Provide information, guidance, and support to prospects and existing students.
• Contribute to the execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
• Represent the school professionally in all interactions.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Telemarketing experience is compulsory.
• Smart, outspoken, persuasive, and people-oriented personality.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent spoken English.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, Excel, and Word.
• Confident handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
