DelonJobs is seeking to hire an Accountant and Financial Operations Manager for a fintech company in Lagos, Nigeria. Candidate would be responsible for ensuring accuracy in financial statements preparation and analysis, day to day financial activities and compliance with relevant laws and regulations and industry standards.
Candidates must have BSc in Accounting or Finance with at least 3-5 years’ experience as an accountant in the IT or Financial industry. Having relevant certificates would be an added advantage.
Gross Salary is N450,000 per month.

Responsibilities
● Process tax payments and returns.
● Prepare budget forecasts.
● Manage all accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
● Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
● Comply with financial policies and regulations.
● Reviewing SOP from time to time.
● Identify potential financial risks and develop preventive strategies.
● Compiling, reporting and analyzing financial data.
● Perform audits and resolve discrepancies.
● Provide financial advisory and decision support.
Requirements
● BSc in Accounting or Finance or any other relevant degree.
● 3-5 years experience as an accountant in the IT or Financial industry.
● Strong analytical and mathematical skills and highly attentive to details.
● Hands-on experience with relevant accounting software.
