We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin/ Storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our client’s storeroom. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.
Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping.
Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labelling supplies.
Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or record-keeping, preferably in real estate, would be advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must be organized and punctual.
Well-presented and professional.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
