Job Description

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin/ Storekeeper to manage all of the operations in our client’s storeroom. In this position, you’ll play a key role in the proper care and maintenance of stock, including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.


  • Coordinate the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping.
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
  • Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized
  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
  • Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, and labelling supplies.
  • Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.


  • Qualification: OND
  • 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or record-keeping, preferably in real estate, would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must be organized and punctual.
  • Well-presented and professional.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management.
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
  • Analytical mind with the ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
