  • Prepare regular operations report
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters and mails)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Arrange travel and accommodations
  • Follow up with operations team
  • Follow up on emails and correspondence.
  • Monitor and follow up on all client cargoes
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess HND qualification with 1 – 6 years work experience.
