Admin / Operation Officer
- Prepare regular operations report
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters and mails)
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
- Arrange travel and accommodations
- Follow up with operations team
- Follow up on emails and correspondence.
- Monitor and follow up on all client cargoes
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Candidates should possess HND qualification with 1 – 6 years work experience.
