Job Description

We are urgently looking to recruit for an experience, flexible and dynamic person to join us as the Administration Manager and the role will work out of our Head Office in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers, vendors and service providers with the purpose of getting high quality products and services at good bargains.
To support all departments and oversee the general running of the office by planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
Responsible for the company fleet, ensuring the all company vehicles are compliant with traffic legislation ? this to include insurance information, building insurance etc.
Drafting and implementing policies and procedures that address fleet management and the drivers within the company, ensuring that there is efficiency of service for day to day business
Overseeing the drivers and fleet ( logistic) management within the business
Responsible for the security service (outsourcing) and ensuring the contracts are up to date and they invoices reviewed as applicable,
Responsible for the collaborative weekly and monthly business reports that overarch the departmental objectives.
Ensuring there is an annual servicing programme of all company equipment and machineries in both HO and all retail outlets
Responsible for the uniformity and style of the Head office layout and furniture ensuring 100% consistency across the business send CV to
