Accounting

Objective: The Project Administration Manager is responsible for ensuring the application of fund security rules, compliance with procedures and the legibility of expenditure on his database.

● Implementation of procedures: money security (cash management, transfers, advances), expenditure commitment (purchasing procedures, validation and organization of payments, monitoring of regular payments).

Objective: To ensure a permanent level of cash flow necessary for the progress of the project

● Monitoring of bank balances, cash registers and safe on the project

● Knowledge of the supply chain, financial risk analysis

● Proposal of the minimum necessary balances on each fund and bank of the project.

● Ensure security measures for fund movements and adjust if necessary according to the context. 3.General management of resources

● Administrative management of structures and vehicles (choice, organization, contracts, stewardship, insurance, etc.).

● Collection of all the necessary information regarding activities and resources

● Participation, under the responsibility of the Finance and HR Coordinator and the Field Coordinator, in the formatting and budget translation of the elements of resource management

● Analysis, in conjunction with the Coordinator or the Field Coordinator, of general and specific monthly budget follow-ups (analytical axes), possible alerts, proposals for corrective actions, and reporting to the Finance and HR Coordinator.
