Registration and management of the Antenna contact database;
Recording and monitoring of absences, mission trips and workshops organized by the Antenna;
Ensure rigorous management of the switchboard in accordance with the appropriate protocol (reception of incoming calls, logging of telephone calls to mobiles and internationally; Weekly control and test of all lines;
Maintenance of the recording of information in the system, and notification to IT of regular maintenance and repairs;
Ensure the opening and closing of the main entrance to the Antenna;
Welcome, identify, inform and guide visitors to the Office: assistance to visitors by providing instructions and precise information concerning UNESCO;
Collect and update monthly United Nations staff information, ensuring that all data and information is correct and accurate;
Update the United Nations House telephone list and United Nations directory, government addresses, international organizations, embassies and NGOs and other important contacts;
Obtain information on all activities of the Antenna for a better orientation of correspondents (callers and visitors);
