Contribute to WFP country plan, including administrative processes aligned with broader WFP national strategies and policies to facilitate effective and efficient administrative services.
Support the development of annual plans and the implementation of policies, systems, and procedures to support WFP’s strategic objectives and report quarterly.
Gather data and prepare data analysis to provide WFP management and clients with reliable information and reports for effective planning and decision-making (vehicle fleet management and travel activities)
Support the Administration Officer in the management of existing resources in the area of responsibility (fleet management of vehicles and travel activities.) And assist in the identification of new requirements for the efficiency, profitability, and time management of operations and services.
Guide and supervise the staff under your supervision, acting as a point of reference and supporting them with analyzes and queries.
Assist the Administrative Officer in maintaining the partnership with other UN agencies in order to harmonize and improve the management of light vehicles and the travel system within WFP.
Manage and monitor the performance of the fleet of light vehicles and refueling in order to achieve maximum utilization, rotation, and schedule of vehicles for timely performance of services for operational needs.
