Job description
A successful Administrative Assistant answers incoming calls; helps in taking messages and redirecting calls as required
as well as dealing with email enquiries, Taking minutes, Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities, Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
Their main Job Duties includes;
General office management such as ordering stationary
Organising travel and accommodation for staff and customers
Arranging both internal and external events
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts.
Skills and Qualifications;
A good Administrative Assistant is usually required to use Microsoft Office and should demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. Other skills REQUIRED includes;
