Responsibilities
- Correspondence with clients and tutors. Manage communications including emails and phone calls.
- Answer inquiries in a professional manner and take detailed messages.
- Data entry & management.
- Monitor Online Classes.
- Post content on social media pages and blog.
- Provide administrative support to internal departments & management staff.
- General office duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Attention to detail, organized and result oriented.
- Exceptional customer service skills over the phone and in person.
- Able to work in a team environment or on your own with limited supervision.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent computer skills , Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong administrative and problem – solving skills.
- Previous experience in a similar will be an added advantage.
- Post Secondary Qualification (HND/BSc.)
