Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities within the office space.
- Support and follow up on the activities of Program Manager and Office Assistant.
- Report all office activities and expenses incurred every month to Finance Head and Head of Human Resource.
- Prepare quarterly budget and monthly report and send to Finance Head and Head of Human Resource
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda of the office.
- File contact information of employees and clients
- Maintenance of office properties
- 8Manage scheduled meetings and appointments in the office.
- Act as the point of contact between the set leader and clients and other external partners; also disseminate organized information to the clients
- Respond and receive mails of clients.
- Prepare materials needed for programs alongside the program manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as administration manager
- Proficient in MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A team player with leadership skills
- BSc/BA in business administration or relative field
- Must reside in Ibadan
- Certification in Counselling or any other related course, e.g Psychology, Criminology is a plus.
