Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate activities within the office space.
  • Support and follow up on the activities of Program Manager and Office Assistant.
  • Report all office activities and expenses incurred every month to Finance Head and Head of Human Resource.
  • Prepare quarterly budget and monthly report and send to Finance Head and Head of Human Resource
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda of the office.
  • File contact information of employees and clients
  • Maintenance of office properties
  • 8Manage scheduled meetings and appointments in the office.
  • Act as the point of contact between the set leader and clients and other external partners; also disseminate organized information to the clients
  • Respond and receive mails of clients.
  • Prepare materials needed for programs alongside the program manager

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as administration manager
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relative field 
  • Must reside in Ibadan 
  • Certification in Counselling or any other related course, e.g Psychology, Criminology is a plus.
