Job Description

Responsibilities 

  1. Collating and preparing / typing of security monthly report, client assessment, risk assessment report etc.
  2. Answering phone calls both internally and externally.
  3. Handling operations outgoing and incoming mails.
  4. Preparing circulars and memos.
  5. Giving IT support to the Operations department.
  6. Prioritising  workload
  7. Managing data base
  8. Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  9. Typing, preparing and and collecting report
  10. Maintaining dairies and arranging  appointment 
  11. Filing
