A successful Administrative / Personal Assistant will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support for the MD/CEO and managing their queries, customer complaints, serves as first hand of the MD in providing swift response to customer problems.
Main duties include; preparing correspondence, MD’s Itineraries, managing office administrative tasks, ticketing, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
