The advisor will be responsible for providing technical support to field actors to improve market development in support of agro-pastoral value chains supported by the Program.
The country teams will include (full-time) national program management and implementation staff, made available by SNV and CARE, exclusively for PRO-RIDES. This staff will work directly with the different stakeholders (public, NGOs / civil and private) in each country. The program’s multi-country management unit, headed by an experienced SNV PM (Program Manager), will have overall responsibility for program management, including programmatic decision-making, in close consultation with national implementation teams. work and consortium partners.
