Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Manager to join our team at Brit Property Nigeria. As an Agency Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our agency operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. You will oversee a team of agents and support staff, provide guidance and direction, and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents, brokers, and administrative staff. Provide coaching, training, and support to help team members achieve their sales targets and career goals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
- Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to generate leads, acquire new clients, and close property transactions. Drive sales performance through effective lead generation, prospecting, networking, and relationship building. Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to drive business growth and expansion.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, developers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry. Understand clients' requirements, preferences, and budgets to provide personalized property recommendations and advice. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty through timely communication, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Property Listings and Marketing: Manage property listings and marketing campaigns to showcase available properties and attract potential buyers or tenants. Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to develop creative marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional activities. Utilize online and offline channels, including social media, websites, and print media, to maximize property exposure and visibility.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements and finalize property transactions. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, contracts, and agreements throughout the sales process. Prepare and review sales contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to identify market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape. Use market insights and data analytics to inform pricing strategies, property valuations, and investment decisions. Monitor market conditions and adapt sales strategies accordingly to stay competitive and profitable.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and financial targets to assess agency performance and effectiveness. Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, stakeholders, and clients to communicate progress, achievements, and challenges.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies and procedures. Implement risk management practices to mitigate legal, financial, and operational risks associated with property transactions and agency operations. Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices affecting the real estate industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, agency management, or property management.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales performance, achieving targets, and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market, property laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate CRM software.
- Professional certifications in real estate or sales management (e.g., NIESV, NIREC, NREP) are desirable.
