DelonJobs is seeking to hire an Alternative Channel Support Officer for a leading bank in Nigeria. Support activities on e-channel platforms technically, always monitor and ensure their availability and reliability, resolve complaints, and share report. Candidate expected grade – (ABO). Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree (minimum of 2nd Class Lower), first degree in IT related course (Technology – SAF), must currently reside in Lagos, minimum of 2years work experience in IT. Duties and Responsibilities
• Monitor and ensure 24/7 availability and optimal reliability on the whole e-channel platforms.
• Provide POS technical support and first/second level support of Internet & Mobile applications.
• Render required report regarding activities on the platforms when required.
• Monitor the IBS OTP management.
• Work with vendor on incidents, security patches and upgrades.
• Ensure 24/7 availability, reliability, and management of SAF internal Applications.
• Monitor and support Channels interfaces to CBA.
• Ensure Sanction Screening Token are configured properly and active for relevant users.
• Coordinate administration of patches and upgrades.
