Duties andResponsibility
- Understanding of Application, Middleware and DatabaseInteractions and Connectivity
- Understanding of Relational Database: Oracleand SQL Server
- Communication
- Systems & Applications Support
- Stakeholder Management
- Application Management and Monitoring
- Project Management
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide technicalsupport for solutions and applications within the organization
- Responsible foridentifying known errors and problem trends and for finding permanentsolutions.
- Handle Bug Reporting Management
- Carry out Applications Dependencies ComponentMonitoring
- Ensure Log Review and Reporting
- Carry out End user experience monitoring –(active and Passive)
- Problem determination, workaround resolution,root cause analysis, major incident management
- Ensure solution and application supportdocumentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
