Duties and Responsibility
- Understanding of Application, Middleware and Database Interactions and Connectivity**
- Understanding of Relational Database: Oracle and SQL Server**
- Communication**
- Systems & Applications Support**
- Stakeholder Management**
- Application Management and Monitoring**
- Project Management**
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide technical support for solutions and applications within the organization**
- Responsible for identifying known errors and problem trends and for finding permanent solutions.
- Handle Bug Reporting Management
- Carry out Applications Dependencies Component Monitoring
- Ensure Log Review and Reporting
- Carry out End user experience monitoring – (active and Passive)
- Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management
- Ensure solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
