Duties and Responsibility

  • Understanding of Application, Middleware and Database Interactions and Connectivity**
  • Understanding of Relational Database: Oracle and SQL Server**

  • Project Management**

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide technical support for solutions and applications within the organization**
  • Responsible for identifying known errors and problem trends and for finding permanent solutions.
  • Handle Bug Reporting Management
  • Carry out Applications Dependencies Component Monitoring
  • Ensure Log Review and Reporting
  • Carry out End user experience monitoring – (active and Passive)
  • Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, major incident management
  • Ensure solution and application support documentation is maintained to the highest quality and accuracy
