Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Approve the Bank’s requests.
  2. Coordinate system modifications and deployment in accordance with the release note that the Unit Head has approved.
  3. Whenever necessary, coordinate the end of the day and the beginning of the next on CBA, and make sure that the applications are accessible before 7:45 am and are available in real-time online (for online applications)
  4. Organize system modifications
  5. monitoring the performance of systems
  6. For escalating issues with Flex cube (or other third-party applications), offer 2nd Level user support.
  7. Follow up on escalating issues and work with OEMs to find effective and efficient solutions within SLA.
  8. Preventative maintenance, design improvements, modifying program specifications, and user/operations documentation updates are all needed.
  9. Plan the backup and restoration test.
  10. Perform additional tasks as directed by the team lead for regulatory, payment, or enterprise applications.
