JOB SUMMARY:
DelonJobs is seeking to hire an Application Support Analyst(Flexcube) for a tier-1 bank in Nigeria (Expected grade: ABO – SBO) to manageday to day operational issues with respect to Flexcube and run EOD/M for thebank. The candidate is expected to have good technology related university degreepreferably in Computer Science/Engineering or Numeric Science, and a minimum of 2 – 6 years related IT experience. Proficiency in SQL and IT ServiceManagement certification will be added advantage. JOB DESCRIPTION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support Head office and Branches for day-to-day Flexcubeoperations.
Coordinate End of Day / Start of day on CBA.
Coordinate system changes.
Systems performance monitoring
Produce/update and deliver user training/procedures on Flexcube
Anchor Flexcube training at the Training school.
Performother duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Enterprise Application Management
Provide 2nd Level user support for Flexcube escalated problems.
Follow-up on escalated problems, effective and efficientmanagement of User Support to the Bank’s IT resources (Operating systems withassociated applications and business applications systems)
Perform preventative maintenance; specify design changes; amendprogram specifications; update user/operations documentation.
Coordinatemovement of backup Tapes to off site.
SKILLS
