Job Description
Evaluate and make an inventory of the current ‘digital maturity’ or status of digitization at DST in general at central and decentralized level (HQ, regional antennas and operational BCPs if needed such as Assamaka) and collect information about the current available IT equipment and capacities for digital processes;
Collect information about the current available equipment and capacities for ‘laissez passer (LPs)’ treatment and issuance in particular (temporarily replacing travel documents for migrants that have lost their identity documents during the journey) through material verifications, interviews and meetings with relevant DST representatives and government agencies;
Analyse and assess status of practices at DST regarding laissez-passer in particular, including existence of data bases, data bases treatment, data collections and storing systems/mechanisms being used, outlining the strengths and weaknesses of these systems;
