Job Description

  • Manage the shift schedule of plant operators
  • Supervision of operators to ensure compliance with plant operations
  • Assisting the Water treatment plant Supervisor in enforcing compliance to safety, health and environmental standards in all operations
  • Monitoring performance of plant operators and providing on-the-job training to address performance deficiencies
  • Conducting frequent monitoring and inspection of plant equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Assist the Water Treatment Plant Supervisor in compiling and implementing a budget for the water section.
