JOB SUMMARY:

Delon Jobs is helping a leading ATM service company in Nigeria to hire multiple ATM engineers (entry-level). The position is a contract-to-hire Post-NYSC (Bachelors/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Computer Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent role) for an initial 6 months internship training period, after which interns will be interviewed for full-time positions. Successful candidates must be willing to travel for support and installation work across Nigeria, especially Kano, Niger, Benue, Kaduna, Bauchi, Abuja, Kogi and Ebonyi. So residents in these states or nearby states who are able to temporarily relocate to Lagos at their own expense for the 6 months internship will have an advantage. The internship salary will be N40,000 per month, and the full-time salary for successful interns will be about N1.2m per annum (including healthcare, pension, etc). Full-time engineers will also have opportunity to work from home. JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ATM Engineer will perform the following functions:

– Service, Install and Repair ATMs

-Give timely update/report all problem resolutions to helpdesk

-Diagnose problems on the ATMs

-Conduct Preventive Maintenance on the ATMs assigned as required

-Knowing the Service Level Agreement of the customers they are supporting

– Train Custodians on how to resolve First Level Maintenance Calls

-Carrying out testing on the ATMs

-Give remote support to customers

-ATM part repair

-Trainable with basic knowledge of Electronic circuit systems

-Familiar with windows and/or Linus operating systems

-Understand the importance of services as a key business enabler

-Excellent communication skills

-Good interpersonal skills

-100% Trustful and honest

-Ready to work anywhere in Lagos
