Responsibilities

Cooperate with internal management and outside vendors to establish best practices and uniformity among the brands
Manage corporate prototype designs for the company, making sure that design requirements are met while putting an overall emphasis on cutting manufacturing costs.
Keep track of the jobs you’ve been given and order them according to importance.
For new goods, remodels, and renovations, produce schematic layouts and elevations in CAD.
Examine and read current construction plans, drawings, and blueprints
Collaborate with other partners, such as but not limited to Architects, Engineers, Sign Manufacturers and Installers, Fixture Contractors, and other appropriate vendors, to submit bids on projects and determine project costs.
With regard to deadlines, scheduling, budgeting, project documentation, and project delivery, assist the planning team and the project directors.
Produce reports and checklists as necessary.
