Back Office RAN Engineer – BORE221 – Jobs in Nigeria 2023

Responsibilities:

In-depth understanding of two or more wireless RAN domains (Preferably Huawei domain and any other).
Thorough understanding of IP networking.
Ability to communicate with customers at the C Level and higher about problems with problem management.
Understanding of short-term outages (how to track them weekly and share progressive updates for resolution).
Understanding of Transmission Considering how to lessen the impact of poorly constructed microwave links and making recommendations for improvement and removal.
Having knowledge of at least two transmission vendors.
particularly Huawei RTN and E/ able to oversee a group of people without any guidance and make sure that all reports are produced on time and accurately.
Excellent proficiency in reporting using Excel.
Tracking and fixing Packet Loss-related SD degradations and making sure the problems that lead to these failures are fixed.
Tracking WCL issues and pushing the field team for visits and resolution.
VVIP tracking of PL-related issues on VVIP sites and resolution timely.
