Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Control all accounting activities, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger and counsel, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
  2. Organize and oversee the creation of the budget and financial predictions, and track and report any deviations.
  3. Prepare and release monthly financial statements on schedule.
  4. Coordination of regulatory reporting preparation
  5. For compliance, investigate technical accounting issues.
  6. assist with the year-end and month-end closing processes
  7. Control the quality of financial transactions and reporting.
  8. Manage and submit tax filings and reporting requirements to the local, state, and federal governments.
  9. Create and document accounting procedures and business processes to uphold and strengthen internal controls.
  10. additional controller responsibilities as needed
