Job Description
The Beauty Therapist staff responsible for the day MUST ensure that every surface, floor, machine, is clean, dust and streak free at all times.
- Keep the work area clean and spotless.
- Ensure that the clinic rooms are well arranged; all trollies are well-aligned and clean.
- Check the equipment to ensure that they are functioning properly,if the machine is faulty inform the line manager so appropriate repairs can be done.
- Make sure all sheets, towels, bathrobes are laundered, properly folded and ready for the day.
- Check the bathrooms and toilets to ensure that there is running water, toilet rolls in the holders and air fresheners available.
- Make sure that there is no water on the floor.
- Change the water in the steamer and diffusers. Add the appropriate fragrances in the diffusers.
- Ensure to refill the steamers between treatments.
- Do a follow-up call on all clients that had clinic sessions or treatments in the last 2 weeks.
- Ensure to switch on the air conditioners at intervals during the day (To conserve electricity, do not leave the AC on for extended periods, if there are no clients; open the windows instead)
- Ensure to bring out client files for checkup 2 days after procedures and schedule another checkup 2 weeks later.
- Create an advert worthy content from patient consultation to treatment protocols.
