The bookstore manager will be performing various tasks and report directly to the business owner.
Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* scheduling and supervising staff
* company liaison with suppliers and customers
* Marketing the business
* Providing regular operations and financial reports
You will need to possess the following skills:
– Experience in managing people
– Experience in managing a small/medium retail business
– Good Verbal and written Communication
– Analytical competence
– Ability to learn and adapt to technologies on the job
– Knowledge of the bookshop industry would be an added advantage
