General Description

The Brand Associate is responsible for the implementation of brand development and marketing strategies. This role requires in-depth knowledge, and experience in brand and marketing communications, copywriting, public relations, partnership management, and brand development and management. The candidate must have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be creative, self-motivated, and well-organized.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Curate customer experience by managing the brand communication strategy across all  communication and sales channels. 
  2. Own, develop and maintain the external brand narrative and leverage opportunities for high visibility brand and product stories across the region.
  3. Deliver clear and compelling copy across all consumer and promotional channels, ensuring messaging is aligned and on-brand.
  4. Strategize, develop, and execute all brand awareness and public relations initiatives across channels, including but not limited to offline and digital media. 
  5. Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders in the execution of public relations initiatives.
  6. Design and organize events and activations that generate awareness, grow the customer base, and produce returns for the brand.
  7. Identify, evaluate, prepare, and execute strategic value creation partnership and collaboration opportunities.
  8. Execute and provide support for other cross-functional brand and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business or relevant field

– Master’s degree (or second degree equivalent)

– 3-5 years of relevant work experience

– In-depth knowledge of brand management, brand communications, copywriting, PR, partnerships, and marketing

– Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

– Creative and innovative

– Strong organizational skills
