Responsibilities
- Recognize business problems and needs from executives, product managers, operations managers, and business users.
- Analyzes and documents detailed business requirements, including data and non-functional specifications.
- Use various techniques to document functional requirements, such as user stories, use cases, data flow diagrams, swim lanes diagrams, workflow diagrams, screen mock-ups, and so on.
- Obtain approval for the business requirements.
- Inform development and quality assurance staff about business requirements.
- Traceability between business and functional requirements is ensured.
- Check the system design against the requirements.
- Examines and validates test cases created by the quality assurance team.
- Understand technological solutions to business problems and communicate them to the business.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- BSc in a Business, Engineering, IT or a related discipline
- 2 – 6 years’ working experience as a business analyst
- ITIL, PMP, CBAP, Professional Scrum Product Owner, Professional Scrum Master, ISO 21500
- Ability to make use of tools & techniques in requirement analysis or elicitation.
- Customer relationship management skill

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
