DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Business Analyst for a leading bank in Nigeria who will review, analyze, conduct gap analysis on business processes with a view to optimize for improved efficiency, revenues and cost reduction. Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Professional qualification would be an added advantage) with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and analyze processes, identify bottlenecks and non-value adding activities, and recommend optimization initiatives.
- Engage stakeholders on “as-is & should be” states of processes, document reviews, proposals and SWRs.
- Conduct value realization on concluded projects.
- Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
- Identity and manage resources for process improvement projects.
- Assist in planning and executing process improvement projects.
- Provide support and guidance to team when needed.
- Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.
