Job Description

At Oryzon Konsult, we are looking for innovative and goal driven individuals to fill in the position of a Business Assistant. He/ she is responsible for the smooth running of the organization interms of secretarial duties and also assist the administrative officer in administrative duties.

Job descriptions
– maintaining office inventory and stock of the office supplies
– work with variety of individuals taking feedback where appreciate to assist in business support delivery for staff
– Resolve office related malfunction and respond to request or issues
– coordinate with other departments to ensure compliances with established policies
– maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
– Perform receptionist duties when needed

Requirements
– HND/ B sc in Public administration or relevant discipline
– Good communication skills
– Good in Microsoft office package such as excel and PowerPoint
– Ability to learn and adapt easily to new work procedures and environment
– Good organization skills
– Ability to deliver results and leadership ability
