•1. Ownership (creation and implementation) of yearly Business Development for the Business units.
•2. Account management process for key client accounts.
•3. Deliver quarterly marketing and sales goals for the business units.
•4. Closing of contracts at prices that meet the strategic growth and profitability levels set.
•5. Business Opportunity Pipeline completeness and accuracy.
•6. Responsible and accountable for the Opportunity Profile being current and accurate.
•7. Coaching of Business Development team members.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in finance and project management, Oil and Gas and others
• 2. Possess technical competency in at least one business domain like Finance, Project Management, Personnel Management etc.
•3. Previously held a management position at a level higher than entry management level.
•4. Demonstrated ability to lead Business Development.
