Business Development officer
Qualifications and Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Experience in Human Resource, recruitment &consultancy is a plus)
At least 2 years proven work experience in a similar role.
Business development and marketing skills
Conducting market research to determine prospects
Excellent interpersonal skills to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong understanding of business requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
Proven ability to drive significant revenue generation
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
