Job Description

DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Business Development, Sales and Partnership Manager for a leading medical tech company in Enugu. The ideal candidate must have a good knowledge of selling Medical Software (e.g., EMR, Telemedicine) and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. Interested candidate must possess a minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline and 5 – 10 years relevant work experience. Gross salary is N500,000.00 monthly. Job Responsibilities

Prospect for new business.

Close deals

Structure and scale the lead generation pipeline using the best technology tools.

Follow up and engage existing leads.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify prospects’ pain points and willingness to pay.

Travel regionally, nationally, and internationally as needed to engage leads.

Identify high value events, conferences and opportunities to networks with key decision-making.

Obtain appointments with clinical decision makers for products demonstrations and trials.

Educate clinical leaders/executives on new technology.

Develop and conduct exceptional presentation.

Generate new business through prospecting via various channels.

Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers.

Discover, pursue, and nurture partnership opportunities with pharmaceutical, medical device NGOs and adjacent companies.

Leverage existing relationships with qualified hospitals within Nigeria and Africa for scalable offerings.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Good knowledge of selling Medical Software (e.g., EMR, Telemedicine)

5 – 10 years’ relevant work experience.

Employment Type: It is a hybrid role 
There will be a significant amount of travel to customer sites as is expected for such roles
