DelonJobs is seeking to hire a Business Intelligence and Data Analyst for a leading company in Nigeria. The individual would Leverage the best practice data analysis techniques to facilitate positive business outcomes for Custodian. Develops and implements a data management framework for Custodian.

Jobs Responsibility
 

• Participates in the BI project lifecycle, which includes data collection, analysis, and testing
• Writes programming scripts and uses common BI tools to analyze data and find past and present market trends
• Prepares curated data sets and conducts data profiling for anomalies and informative summaries
• Interprets the data from a business perspective and uses BI tools to produce visualization reports and dashboards
• Researches and employs new and more efficient data analysis methods and BI tools
• Uses the data to represent the organization’s market positioning when compared to other companies
• Formulates solutions based on data analysis and presents them to different levels of management and key business partners
• Works with other departments and executives to make business decisions using the data found
• Uses the data to produce insights that enable the company to modernize and streamline its operations
• Coordinates with the IT department to make the necessary software and hardware upgrades
• Crafts and maintains documentation that detail business process models and BI solutions
• Pinpoints areas of the company’s existing revenue loss and suggests improvements that help increase profits or cut costs
• Manages clients and understand their business priorities, organization processes, and how they define their KPIs
• Use BI tools to detect and monitor risks and audit for compliance controls
• Responsible for data cleansing and enrichment to facilitate the realization of a single view of the Custodian customer

Qualifications:

• · Bachelor’s degree (2.2 minimum)
• · Good technology-related university degree preferably in any IT related discipline
• · Minimum of 5-10 years cognate IT experience
