Job Summary:
The Business Representative is responsible for expanding Ovaboss online presence and sales within a designated geographic area. This role involves managing relationships with businesses, partners, ensuring product visibility, and driving online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with businesses, online retailers, and other digital sales channels.
– Serve as the primary point of contact for businesses in the assigned territory.
– Ensure that products are accurately listed and optimized for search on the platform.
– Implement strategies to enhance product visibility, such as SEO, PPC, and promotional campaigns.
– Monitor and manage online reviews, ratings, and customer feedback to maintain a positive brand image.
– Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives in the assigned territory.
– Track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
– Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders in a timely and professional manner.
– Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.
– Participate in regular team meetings and share insights from the field to inform company strategies.
– Represent at industry events, trade shows, and conferences as needed.
