We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will bethe liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Thesuccessful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solvingcustomer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at thecore of every decision and behavior.

Responsibilities

•       Manage largeamounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

•       Followcommunication “scripts” when handling different topics

•       Identifycustomers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providesolutions and/or alternatives

•       Seizeopportunities to upsell products when they arise

•       Buildsustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

•       Keep records ofall conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

•       Frequentlyattend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level

•       Meetpersonal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements

•       Previousexperience in a customer support role

•       Track record ofover-achieving quota

•       Strong phoneand verbal communication skills along with active listening

•       Familiaritywith CRM systems and practices

•       Customer focusand adaptability to different personality types

•       Ability tomulti-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

•       OND/HND/BSC
