Job Description


  1. Responsible for generating prospects in Business Process Outsourcing for Voice and Non Voice Services like Document Scanning, Digitization, Document Processing i.e. Data capture, document audits, etc, Call Center Services, Finance and Accounting Services, etc)
  2. Candidate should have worked on large size deals in Voice and Non Voice BPO Services
  3. Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets on total number of cartons for records Storage and corresponding revenue targets.
  4. Comfortable handling sales force and daily reporting on accounts covered in Sales Force
  5. Daily/weekly/monthly reviews with the reporting officers in Nigeria as well as global team in India
  6. Developing relationship with CXOs and presenting  Products and Services to customers’ post understanding their requirements through honest consultancy in bridging the gaps.
  7. Enhance and grow key accounts in the region through relationship building and maximize sale opportunities in software and IT Sales.
  8. Maintaining HOT/WARM/COLD Prospects in sales force daily.
  9. Experience of drafting proposal on IT Solutions and consulting assignments.
  10. Coordinating with internal cross functional team in designing & presenting solution to customers.
  11. Responsible for achieving monthly Annual Operating Plan.
  12. Responsible for coordinating with reporting manager, legal and commercial team for complete agreement closure with customer.
  13. Responsible for imparting product and market updates (competition) to cross-functional teams.
  14. Responsible for tracking customer escalation and its resolution with Operations team.

Functions / Day to Day Activities

  1. Maintenance of accounts across SPANCO Sales Process in Sales Force.
  2. Understanding customer requirement, costing and effective proposal sharing with customer.
  3. Meeting customers and understanding how are records stored currently and positioning Records Storage services delivering value adds to right authority at customer.
  4. Daily follow up with customers for sales closure.
  5. Account management, handling client queries, escalations, etc
  6. Reporting on sales achievement, projections, daily weekly, monthly sales target vs achievement, etc
  7. Complying to all norms of  Solutions.
