Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the food is timely provided and of great quality.
- Knives, pots, and kitchen scales should be placed in the kitchen for use.
- Examine each recipe and collect all required components.
- Organizing the menu while considering the available seasonal items and the budget.
- Directing all kitchen activities.
- Calculating the amount of supplies and equipment and placing orders to restock.
- Ensuring that the kitchen complies with safety and hygiene regulations.
- To keep the meal interesting, develop new recipes.
- Keeping up on business trends.
- Obtaining criticism and, when appropriate, making improvements.
