Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Ensuring that the food is timely provided and of great quality.
  2. Knives, pots, and kitchen scales should be placed in the kitchen for use.
  3. Examine each recipe and collect all required components.
  4. Organizing the menu while considering the available seasonal items and the budget.
  5. Directing all kitchen activities.
  6. Calculating the amount of supplies and equipment and placing orders to restock.
  7. Ensuring that the kitchen complies with safety and hygiene regulations.
  8. To keep the meal interesting, develop new recipes.
  9. Keeping up on business trends.
  10. Obtaining criticism and, when appropriate, making improvements.
