Job Description


  1. CRM system monitoring of interactions with current consumers.
  2. Ensuring that the sales funnel provided by the CRM system is efficient.
  3. Developing and putting into practice marketing strategies that will attract new clients.
  4. Establish targeted marketing methods to keep customers.
  5. Manage multi-channel marketing efforts by planning them.
  6. Offer fresh approaches to meet customers’ requirements.
  7. Monitor marketing metrics and trends, including site analytics and conversion rates.
  8. Aid in the planning of promotional activities to attract potential customers
  9. Reviewing and choosing CRM software that is appropriate for our business.
  10. To keep up with trends and the competition, conduct market research.
