Key Responsibilities:

Collect client feedback about their experiences

Develop relationships with clients and key personnel.

Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments.

Meet with clients to establish their needs.

Must be very fluent at attending to customers

Must be a well-detailed listener

Candidates should possess a minimum of OND/HND/BSC qualification with 1 – 3 years work experience.
