Job Description
- Develop and implement a pathway to improve dried blood spot (DBS) collection and turn-around of DNA/NAT results to verify early infant diagnosis (EID) of HIV infection.Establish site level patient flow in the MCH unit to improve wait times and strengthen the quality of care mothers and babies receive at the facility.
- Coordinate and provide logistic support for the program related events such as trainings, workshops, assessment visits, and annual work planning to support clinical transformation and training of staff.
- Write and submit required reports for the facility and ensure that reports are submitted to the Senior Supervising Senior Pediatrician and the clinical staff (Project Manager) at Meharry Medical College Global Health and HIV Clinical Services headquarters, and copies to the In-Country Director.
