– Provide expert guidance to partners regarding conflict resolution methodologies, negotiation, and conflict prevention
– Act as the project’s resident expert in conflict resolution management, capacity building, and negotiation
– Develop and execute work plans for building capacity in conflict resolution, peacebuilding, and negotiation between actors
– Advise and build capacity among program staff in peacebuilding, conflict resolution, and prevention
– Work closely with Marginalized/Indigenous Groups Empowerment Specialist and Gender Specialist to ensure all project activities address conflicts appropriately
– Ensure all related program activities are executed in coordination with the Capacity Building Specialist
– Ensure accurate and timely reporting in coordination with M&E Specialist
