Job Description


  1. Knowledge of the individual menu items including basic ingredients, methods of preparation, and presentation style.
  2. Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness. 
  3. Responsible for missed place of assigned area.
  4. Taste and examine food prepared for freshness and required quality.
  5. Season and cook food according to CROSSOVER standard recipes.
  6. Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes.
  7. Portion, arrange, and garnish food, and serve food to waiters.
  8. Substitute for or assist other cooks during emergencies or rush periods.
  9. Be responsible for minimizing food wastage.
