Job Description
- We urgently require a Corporate Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales especially in the areas of Business to Business Marketing. A sales supervisor to coordinate the activities of the sales representative towards achieving sales target.
Tasks
- Help drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy providing solutions to their needs.
- Creates relationships and identifies customers need while recommending appropriate solutions to drive both individual and team sales as well as overall performance.
- Provides leadership to the sales staff including setting clear expectations, giving direction and mentoring.
- Comply with performance objectives and targets provided.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience.
- Great supervisory and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly
