Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Keeping in touch with all clients in order to service their queries, questions and needs.
  2. Responding promptly to clients’ emails and correspondences with 24hours.
  3. Politely and professionally attend to calls.
  4. Booking clients for formal host training sessions.
  5. Following up on all client’s complaints passed on by any department in the organisation.
  6. Meeting with clients at VIP Express Tourism offices in order to discuss any client’s complaints, queries and possible solutions to the before mentioned.
  7. Any other task that may be assigned to you.

QUALIFICATION

  1. LLB, BSC, HND.
  2. Qualification as a legal practitioner is an added advantage. 
  3. Work experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
