Job Description
Support the UN clinic doctor and the medical team for the establishment of care services and COVID-19 activities in N’Djamena and in the identified provinces;
Assist the general organization of the COVID-19 site and the UN clinic – sorting of patients / consultation room / treatment room in the different buildings (clinic, UNDP residence, tent) and ensure that productive and efficient schedules are maintained
Ensure the logistics for the proper functioning of the premises of the dispensary and its units (continuous availability of electricity and water, maintenance of good hygiene and safety of the premises, monitoring, safeguarding and good maintenance of assets and valuable goods ) – in the clinic and dispensaries as well as all COVID-19 sites;
Ensure the supervision of hygienists and guardians of the residence / COVID19 for the safety and cleanliness (and decontamination) of COVID19 sites;
Ensure the management of stocks of medical inputs / PPME / oxygen cylinder and others (drinking water, hygiene and household products etc.) and organize & carry out with the assistance of the Administrative Assistant of the dispensary and the medical staff concerned periodic, annual or ad-hoc inventories of stocks / pharmacies as well as inventories of assets and valuable goods of the dispensary, with their classification in kind and source of funding,
Under the direction of the Chief Physician, quantify the needs and in collaboration with the medical staff concerned and the Administrative Assistant of the UN clinic, prepare and follow up on requests and logistical / administrative needs and ensure the link with the services UNDP generals;
