Job Description

The role will involve co-ordinating and overseeing the Section 20 process as required in the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and in the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. You will produce all the required notices throughout the S20 process and collate and respond to observations made from residents.  


You will work closely with the other departments such as asset, property services and procurement providing support and relevant information so that Karbon meets its statutory requirements throughout the Section 20 process. You will be the main point of contact for our customers throughout the Section 20 process ensuring a seamless service is provided.


You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, often working to strict deadlines. You will have experience of working on the Capita housing system and be familiar with producing mail merges. Knowledge of legislation in relation to Section 20 and service charges is desirable although not essential as appropriate training will be provided
