Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Keep abreast of all firm goods and services to be able to educate customers appropriately.
- Provide guidelines and information about pertinent items and services.
- Provide recommendations for goods and services based on the customer’s unique requirements.
- Obtain the data you need from consumers so you can follow up properly.
- Keep track of critical client information for future use.
- Gather and document consumer comments and information, then distribute it to the right teams and departments.
- Create interest in new goods or services, and when necessary, link clients with salespeople.
- To increase our client retention rate, cultivate and build connections with them.
- Answer incoming calls and customer messages on the phone.
- promptly reply to inquiries from customers sent to us via email or our website.
- Respond to client inquiries and offer details to address any problems.
Salary
N40,000 – N100,000 / Month.
