Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Keep abreast of all firm goods and services to be able to educate customers appropriately.
  2. Provide guidelines and information about pertinent items and services.
  3. Provide recommendations for goods and services based on the customer’s unique requirements.
  4. Obtain the data you need from consumers so you can follow up properly.
  5. Keep track of critical client information for future use.
  6. Gather and document consumer comments and information, then distribute it to the right teams and departments.
  7. Create interest in new goods or services, and when necessary, link clients with salespeople.
  8. To increase our client retention rate, cultivate and build connections with them.
  9. Answer incoming calls and customer messages on the phone.
  10. promptly reply to inquiries from customers sent to us via email or our website.
  11. Respond to client inquiries and offer details to address any problems.

            Salary

     N40,000 – N100,000 / Month.
